@jwool89 I know I don’t need 10 days of using Mupiroicin for my sinuses. I treat a day or 2 past when my lungs are clear and I’m not building more phlegm. I also have to make sure it’s not allergies because I am very affected by molds. If any food goes bad or there is mold in the kitchen sink, I have asthma issues. The symptoms overlap. I live near a river and wetlands so I think there is more mold in this area outdoors . Usually I only need about 3 to 4 days max when I use the Mupiroicin and often just 2 days if it’s minor, Your doctor would be best to answer what is best for you.
