Congrats! I was on it for six months and it took 18 months to break the low normal barrier. That was my single complaint about my treatment plan--no one ever told me that ADT could take a very long time to wear off.

It is the testosterone recovery and not the ADT wearing off that counts. All ADT's do is chemically castrate you which stops the production of testosterone. After just 4 months of Lupron and 12 months more of waiting that my testosterone was at 111 and was still falling rapidly. My doctor started me on TRT 3 weeks ago and my horrible side effects began to go away. Numerous recent studies now show that TRT does not promote prostate cancer, and it is actually beneficial for most men to get back to their normal testosterone level. A number of medical colleges are now actually saying that normal testosterone levels do not cause or increase cancer. This makes me wonder if ADT's help cure cancer at all.
