@hjan who does your prp and shockwave therapy? I’m doing shockwave but have to pay out of pocket. Is your covered by insurance?

@sugarbaker it was at Forté Sports Medicine and Orthopedics in Carmel IN.
I also paid out of pocket for PRP and shockwave. Typically not covered by any insurance or Medicare. Still considered investigational medicine.
