@hanayoj, may I ask, what treatment did your husband and his cancer team at Mayo decide was best for his situation? Has he started treatment?

@colleenyoung In the end he decided on surgery because he definitely wanted to avoid ADT, due to some other health factors. He is scheduled for early next month.
