Any suggestions for expelling tenacioius mucus plugs?

@cressida92 I wouldn’t say I notice a difference in how I’m feeling however I’m glad they got them out as far as the increased risk of infection and plugging up the airways. I can’t expel them on my own during airway clearance or provide a sample to be cultured.
