@kjc48 I get the “Metamucil Premium Blend” it is sugar free, made with Stevia. I get it at Walmart. It does cost a little more but I think it’s worth it.

@kimlily2005 thank you, thank you. Gosh, anything for GI help I appreciate. I wanted to bad to go on Wegovy, but I'm afraid to do it, with all these already GI issues. Best, Karla
