Hello @jenapower,

Thank you for starting another discussion regarding stem cells, specifically related to the back. I would like to invite @winning ad @cobweb to this conversations as they have both discussed having PRP or Stem Cell therapy on their backs and may be able to share their experiences with you. I would also like to invite @pat3316 to this conversation as I think you are also interested in learning more about these treatments for backs.

how can i help? it seemed to be a simple procedure that worked. no hospital stay, just relax for a for a few weeks and feel great afterwards.

could u go in a pool, bathtub? r u under 70? over 70?
guess u could drive?
did u have PrP?
Fab that u feel great afterwards.

I am 63 and want to find a place to do PRP or stem cell or both.

i could shower etc immediately. Only restrictions were to not run a lawn mower or ride a bike. I did both. I am mid 70's. I could drive also. They ask that i have a driver for going home. It was injecting blood taken the previous day in your back. Not painful. Better than an operation.

Dr Kruse has an assistant that does the back. I know he was training other doctors in colorado last fall. The one thing that i feel needs to be done is the exercise every day for the back. Takes 10 minutes. I do the minute i get up. He is located in Toledo, Ohio.
