Hello! I have been on the brand name Atelvia 35 mg, weekly, for 10+ years with a one-year drug holiday after 5 years. It doesn't roll back my osteoporosis. It does make me "stable" according to my specialist, who has retired.
Note that with it, and especially the generic version, you need to drink a lot of water with it -- 1-2 full glasses,. or it can be harsh on your gut I warm the water to make it go down easier.
