My sister has worked in the Vitamin Department of Whole Foods for 16 years and managed health food stores so I also rely on her due to her attitude towards researching all. She is very much into knowing what you are doing. At 71, so far she has no chronic illness and cleared all minor health problems with supplements verses pharmaceutical medications. For now, it has worked, for now.
