My wife has had a situation very similar to yours. She has been to three headache or pain management doctors in the past 6 years, tried almost all of the migraine medication without any help, did never blocks a couple of times, which helped for a few days. She gave up and went to a new headache doctor and after reviewing all of her prior medications and treatments, said I am not sure what I can recommend for you, and then he asked if her headaches were constant and mostly on one side of her head, and she said yes. He suggested that she try taking indomethacin. It is an old anti-inflammatory medication, that is used for gout and arthritis. It is also used as a diagnostic tool for hemicrania continia headache. She started the medication and the headache went away within a couple of hours and she has not had a headache for the past 4 months. It has absolute been amazing.

Same thing for me. Hemicrania Continua is very hard to diagnose and the condition is confirmed by taking indomethacin. If it works, you have that condition. I haven’t had a headache in 3 months since I started taking it.
