My 25-hydroxy vitamin D level is 66 ng/mL
He said it was fine?
My Calcium was 9.6 - it’s been at that or around that for years.

@osteopatient2026 My vit D levels dropped a lot on Tymlos even though normally I have to take supplements to keep it high enough. From what I've read, Tymlos can do that.

I'm not a doc, but from what I know, those are good numbers.

Someone mentioned magnesium glycinate. That was the first supplement I dropped because I read that it too, can cause muscle cramps. When I first started Tymlos, this moved relieved the cramps.

It was toward though, that things became difficult agian. My body seems to have said "mission accomplished and we don't Tymlos anymore."
