@jim18 my husband wants to go to Johns Hopkins for a second opinion. The doctor referred him there.
The biopsy showed nothing in the left side. There is PNI. There was 30% 4 in two cores, and 20% in one.

With PNI, it might be helpful to contact any center of excellence for a faster Telehealth second opinion. I never felt time lapses benefited any patient as doctors cannot predict growth rates for YOUR husband and timing of further perennial invasion.
