You might want to look into NMN (precursor to NAD). After reading a few studies and numerous discussions with 2 of my siblings (an anesthesiologist and a geneticist/medical researcher), I started on 300 mg/day. It helps with increased NAD production and study results have shown improvements to fatigue and strength, particularly for older populations and those chronically ill. Most nutrients that optimize the NAD production from NMN are in your list and many are included in a good diet-not all. Based on my diet, I will be adding NAC, curcumin, maybe resveratrol, and 1 or 2 others. Resveratrol isn't an NAD precursor and does better if there's NAD available. I consume a lot of omega 3 and foods high in resveratrol.
I have also added CoQ10. There have been no NR or NMN human studies pertaining to lung function, but PFT improvements were noted in mice, which certainly doesn't mean the same would hold true for humans but hopefully a human study on NMN and lung function is in the works. NAD is needed for cellular repair and energy output. Epithelial cells are NAD dependent. I did find a posting on the site from a few years ago which mentioned NMN and that they opted to take MAAC10 which included 150 mg NMN, Berberine-can't recall what else. Interesting read on how a number of family members noticed significant hair growth and color change. The human studies suggest 250-500 mg/day is the optimum dose, and 300 mg/day a good choice. I started NMN and CoQ10 about 3 weeks ago and have noticed an increase in energy and strength. For those younger and more athletic, may not notice any benefit-this was observed in the studies and makes sense since NAD levels decrease significantly as we age and if chronically ill.

@kathyjjb Hi... You mentioned a few things I am familiar with however not familiar with....NMN, NAD,NR., MAAC10. Could you help me with that, thanks.
Had you ever tried the Flaxseed Oil for the Omega's. That is something I have taken. I need to be more consistent with it.
Congratulations to your siblings and their dedication to medical studies and career. All so very needed in the big picture of life.
Hope you are doing better/well and finding your way around to manage this summer weather and conditions.
