One question for both of you, do you think I should get an additional PSA test now to confirm my 4 Aug 0.09 quick rise, or wait until the first week in Sep? If I do it now, I will have the results before the consult. As a reminder: Oct 2025 RARP; Feb <0.001; May 0.02; Aug 0.09. All done at the same lab.

@davederousseau
We did one test 3 weeks after previous one to have results confirmed and ready. But we were doing monthly tests from the beginning and we saw the trend and short doubling time so 3 weeks was "long" period in our case. In my opining having extra data and fresh draw can not be bad thing to do, BUT many would say that it was overkill - I personally do not think so. I wanted to make sure that my husband gets treatment started BEFORE PSA hits 0.2.

Wishing you all the best and super successful salvage treatment 🍀
