After my RALF at MAYO I don't recall anyone talking to me about diet except on this site.
I went to my favorite Steak House last night and ordered a grilled chicken breast with nothing on it, a side of broccoli, and a plain salad with vinegar and oil on the side. I skipped the alcohol and had plain water. It wasn't hard at all. Most of going out to dinner is a social event anyway.
Two days ago my wife cooked hamburgers substituting ground turkey instead of the beef, (no cheese) but by the time the tomatoes, lettuce, and a thin slice of onion was on the turkey burger I couldn't tell much of a difference.
I don't want my PSA to start going up!

@oldoz Don’t sweat the foods too much…a balanced diet, including the foods you really like, in moderation, is not going to hurt you.
The key is the word ‘moderation’- something most of us in developed countries have forgotten.
We eat like every day is a holiday and that’s where the problem lies.
