@utahgearhead I still haven't seen the urologist yet but the RO did not even mention the pill. I learned it was an option in this forum. You are right about the cost for Orgovyx - out of pocket two years would cost $68-$70K. While it requires pre-authorization, on medicare part D it would come down to $7K. I'm hoping the urologist is reasonable. I'd like to get started on the ADT part of the treatment. With either option, I'm thinking of one year max.

@utahgearhead Costly, yes but covered by most insurance. Prone to patients quitting but not error since you can miss up to 7 days before having to retake the starting 3 pills again. Has 36-hour half-life so missing a day or 2 will not increase testosterone.
