@heavyphil Excellent advice. As I sit here typing, I'm pissed neither the urologist no RO even mentioned Orgovyx. I found out about it here. Adding to my frustration is the the RO and urologists where my sister works only use Orgovyx unless there are complications that call for Lupron.
