@rlstonejr When I got to 7.5 mgs my doctor had me taper alternate days 7.5, 5, 7.5, 5 for a month and it tapered me right into a flare and I had to go back up to 20 mgs. Now when I got to 7.5 I'm tapering 1/2 mg every 6 wks. Currently at 6mgs and fine except for fatigue which I'm sure is the adrenal glands trying to wake up. Everyone is different but I can't do the alternating schedule.
