@kimlily2005 Thanks for the Metamucil twice a day suggestion......I wanted to go on Wegovy to lose some weight, but with my stomach issues, I'm holding off and just taking the plant fiber, Beneficial. I'll try Metamucil, per your suggestion. Best, Karla

@kjc48 I get the “Metamucil Premium Blend” it is sugar free, made with Stevia. I get it at Walmart. It does cost a little more but I think it’s worth it.
