@strico - I found AI helpful when I was inquiring how long it takes estradiol to impact BTM and DXA results. While absorption for HRT is unique for each of us, it did give me some encouragement that I was making the right decision in adding it to my bone health regime.

I couldn't find newer, large randomized trials validating BTMs such as CTX as a target for adjusting HRT dosing or for predicting gains in BMD. And this ties into our discussion point about the uncertainty around using BTMs as a monitoring tool.
