@copyman Well, Orgovyx gets out of your system fairly quickly as compared to Lupron (in most cases). I felt much less fatigue even after one month off of it.
I’d be guessing about the time frame, but as someone else mentioned, it’s nothing like being on bisphosphonates like Zometa.
I know some oral surgeons have software in their surgical planning scans that measure bone height/width before they place implants.
Perhaps you can get a baseline measurement now and then say another one, a month after ADT is finished. If there’s no change you can probably proceed.
Again, I would consult with the dental oncology dept. of wherever you are having your RT done; they should be able to guide you on the appropriate course of action.
