@laura112248 Thanks for response. I have gotten a second opinion and I’ve read about spinal stenosis on every reputable website I can find so I feel I know the options. I’m not interested in surgery, at least not now as I have several leaky valves in my heart plus bad knees, one of which probably needs to be replaced although for the most part it doesn’t hurt. So on bad days, it feels like I’m slowly falling apart and on most days, I try to count my blessings - I have an amazing family, I’m still able to walk and get around and at 82, I’m still here!! It’s very easy to get caught up in the negative when you don’t feel well.
