Spinal stenosis. Any recommendations?

I've been fighting spinal stenosis for about 4 years. I've had the operation. I take a combination of Tramadol and acetomenophyn. I tried Aleve. No one told me not to take it long term. I ended up in emergency due to high blood pressure. One doctor said I had a minor heart attack. Another said "no" because there was no damage.
It's frustrating as I use the computer a lot and that seems to worsen it. I have one care-aid and a paramedic in the family. They told me not to worry about getting hooked on opiodes. I don't think I have. I forget to take the pills when I'm not in pain. Then I have to almost double up to get back to having pain relief.
Keep trying different things. Acupuncture and chiropractic help.

@elizadolittle I went to chiropractor but once he looked at my MRI, he said he didn’t feel he could help.
Could you get an iPad, tablet or laptop so you could use it in a comfortable chair rather than sitting in a chair at the computer?
If you still need the pain meds, it sounds like maybe the surgery wasn’t that much help??
If you look Aleve online, it says if you take it long term, it can cause stomach bleeding and I forget what else. Apparently it’s fine if you just take it occasionally.
I’m glad you’ve at least found some relief with the acupuncture and chiropractor. That’s a help.
At times when my back hurts, I find just walking around helps although I’m not sure why. When it doesn’t help, I just sit down and that works for me.
We’re all different so what works for me may not work for you or someone else and vice versa. But by sharing our ideas and tips, we may be able to help each other, even if in some small way.
