@elizadolittle I went to chiropractor but once he looked at my MRI, he said he didn’t feel he could help.
Could you get an iPad, tablet or laptop so you could use it in a comfortable chair rather than sitting in a chair at the computer?
If you still need the pain meds, it sounds like maybe the surgery wasn’t that much help??
If you look Aleve online, it says if you take it long term, it can cause stomach bleeding and I forget what else. Apparently it’s fine if you just take it occasionally.
I’m glad you’ve at least found some relief with the acupuncture and chiropractor. That’s a help.
At times when my back hurts, I find just walking around helps although I’m not sure why. When it doesn’t help, I just sit down and that works for me.
We’re all different so what works for me may not work for you or someone else and vice versa. But by sharing our ideas and tips, we may be able to help each other, even if in some small way.
