@fig1971 Being dry is a function of the RT or RP since prostate creates 90%+ of fluid. That is unlikely to improve since RT burned out most of the cells that produce the fluid. You are probably at your new normal.
Short-term urinary symptoms usually last less than 4 months. Flowmax handles the restriction. There are other meds for the burning which you can ask urologist about.
