Thanks adamO8 for that info. I am seeing a Physical Therapist but i'm not sure about the cranial part. Getting my second Botox injections is delayed to get insurance approval. Aggravating. I'll need to be more aware of and reduce the big bites i am taking. I think i have tried Sumatriptan w/o success. Ubrelvy 100mg does some good, but insurance only approves 10 tablets per month.

@wbc Yes, I am pretty sure all insurances will only approve 10 tablets per month.
I thought it was related to "over use" of migraine medication at first to "protect" the user from rebound migraines.
Now I believe it is simply a cost issue.
Glad to hear you have had some success with Ubrelvy...I never did but must continue to take the CGRPs due to heart disease.
I am thinking of going back on a preventative. I was on Emgality injections for several months which was effective and then it stopped working.
Anyone have any thoughts on Ajovy or Aimovig?
