@fig1971 It depends on what damage has been done - just a little or a lot.
There are many adverse side-effects that radiation can cause if advance precautions aren’t taken and/or if the radiation is administered badly. (I’ve attached a chart showing many possible side-effects.) My RO and I spent months discussing ways to minimize/avoid them.
Remedies - some simple, others more involved - may be needed to get resolved. It depends on the diagnosis.

@brianjarvis ah and im pissing like a race horse. During intercourse when i get to the point of ejaculation absolutely nothing comes out been dealing with that for months lets see when things will start falling back in place.

@brianjarvis right now im taking Tamsulosin 0.4 due to urethra restriction and burning while urinating. I will be asking my urologist when is this going to end cause its frustrating. And thanks for all the feedback i really appreciate it.
