@brianjarvis i received 25 sessions of radiation which ended March 18,2026 it was a bit challenging between the nausea and throwing up it was driving me insane. I still get some pain i was told that was normal but dam it frustrates me.

@fig1971 What type of radiation treatment did you have that caused nausea and throwing up? Was it only your prostate gland that was treated?

@fig1971 Any adverse side-effects like those are not “normal.”
What those mean is that they were overshooting your prostate and hitting nearby otherwise healthy tissues and organs - like your intestines. (What radiation doesn’t hit, it won’t affect,)
