Maybe there will be more data as they move up the age group studies

Yes, I have heard about people fracturing bones in their feet when they tried jumping!

Osteoporosis affects all the bones in our bodies. Targeted weightlifting only benefits a small set of bones in our body, if one is even able to lift heavy enough. DEXA scans only report on the lumbar spine the hips and the femur neck. People also fracture wrist, arms, ribs etc....
