@gravity3 thanks you are always a wealth of info...have used Melio guide and recently checked more fully Osteo Boston; am now on the mailing list. My biggest frustration with a health problem is the lack of information that should come from the doctors. When you are told you have severe osteoporosis there should be some education beyond "don't fall down, don't twist, don't shovel snow (been doing that all my life) and remove rugs (?).
