Fosamax is a waste and too many side effects.
Basically take necrotic bone and glues it together.. Best solution is bone formula with boron and
other nutrients that make up the bone.

Yikes those are some scary side effects from Fosamax.
Yeah simply making weak bones "stronger" by gluing them together hardly seems like a good solution. There are other drugs and infusions one can take to treat osteopenia. The best thing is to get a referral from your PCP to a specialist. I agree that it is better to build bones using natural methods than simply hardening the existing bones.
Bones are living tissue with a blood supply. I would not mess with that.

I took fosomax/alendronate for 5 years. No noticeable side effects.
Nor were there noticeable side effects with forteo, evenity or Prolia.
Please send a link to any credible research you have used for these assertions.
Certainly osteonecrosis can occur with fosomax or Prolia but it is rare.
Have you or someone you care about had this rare side effect?
