I take gabapentin for needles & pins (paresthesia ) in my feet. I could not drive without it.

@quilterfingers . Is your diet high in animal protein because that's where B12 comes from. Plenty of people eat too much carbo. It's cheap. Best B12 supplement is METHYLCOBALAMIN.
