@ipg As doctors are so quick to point out, I am doing very well for a 74 year old. I have been on Raloxifene for years. It is important to move around frequently to lessen the chance for blood clots. Since I have EDS and BPPV (occasional vertigo) from sudden hearing loss, I have the triple whammy of uncooperative joints and vertigo episodes in addition to the osteoporosis, so I have become very careful in the way I move. It sounds worse than it is. Lol I just cannot make sudden movements that may cause harm to my equilibrium that would make me fall. It becomes a habit and a lifestyle. My brain says I am 16, and my body says slow down, and you will be fine.
