I have osteoarthritis, so my joints have definitely had some problems with needing replacement. I’ve had both knees and one hip replaced. My other hip started to give me some real problems, I started doing weight exercises on my legs and my hip problem went away. They called me to have my surgery date set and I told him forget about it, more than six months ago. I no longer have pain in that hip. Had the same sort of experience of one of my shoulders, Doing a weight exercise is made a major difference.
Not sure if you’re doing any, but it might be time to start.
I do have a little joint pain from the drugs, but I take 600 mg of gabapentin three times a day and it eliminates that problem.

My cancer became resistant to ADT after 2 1/2 years and my PSA started rising. That’s how you know if you have become resistant. If your PSA isn’t rising, then you are not. I then went on an ARPI drug, and it kept it under control, Though I needed to go on Darolutamide Three years later to really get my PSA to stay undetectable.
