Good for you for wanting to know what the effects are from the drugs you take. I try and do the same, as I have been unpleasantly surprised in the past when a physician didn't tell me some of the side effects for some of my meds.

My suggestion to all is to do an internet search, or better, use one of the AI chatbots to come up with a list of known side effects for a drug(s). AI will even give you a list of questions to ask your Dr if you request that. Very handy.

Do keep in mind that AI does NOT substitute for good, firsthand medical advice. It can be useful, but please use with caution and question any results with your Dr.
