I am in my 47th week of Lupron, and unfortunately I never got relief from the hot flashes. Tried numerous meds. Everyone's reaction is different, so all I can do is advise you to keep trying different approaches and hopefully something helps. Best of luck to you.

I had terrible hot flashes when I was first on Lupron. They went on for a year when my oncologist prescribed a depo provera Shot. That is a birth control drug for women. It does not cause breast enlargement in men. It pretty much stopped my hot flashes completely, Until I went on Zytiga. Then they came back, just not quite as heavy.

I would wake at night with the shit wet under me When I was on Zytiga. About five years ago, I started using the Embrlabs Wave device. Looks like a wristwatch that you wear underneath your wrist. It says cold waves through your body to stop the hot flashes, Technology invented by MIT. It really worked great at night, allowed me to sleep through. During the day if I had a strong hot flash, it didn’t help a lot, But it was better than nothing when I didn’t have a fan.
