What are your recommendations for travel nebulizer?

I clean with boiled water and soap after every use and clean with vinegar on Sunday’s. I do this with everything. If I have a full dishwasher load I put it in a basket on the top. Do you clean that much?

yes, except the dishwasher part - I only have one part of the year, so have never gotten in the habit of using it.
