Do I understand correctly....you started the Brinsupri after clearing PA.
Does PA stand for Pseudo infection?
Let us know how your CT looks and the results. Hope you get to say....CT shows improvement or stable etc. etc.

@blm1007blm1007 I still have colonized Psuedonomas. My original pulmo did not treat it as aggressively as it could have been so it colonized. That was 3 years ago. My sputum cultures continue to show heavy pseudonomas though I’m due for one now. I started Brinsupri when it first came out about a year ago. Since then I have had no infections or exacerbations. I understand the PA always be colonized because after 2 years my pulmo who is fabulous says it’s impossible to eradicate now . Waiting on my latest CT. Hoping it shows improvement like my PFTs did.
