@singingbones I really wish someone had been more proactive on putting me on HRT patch, cream or gel even when they thought it was dangerous to do that. Now, alot has changed and I am 69 and probably too old. Irritates me that physicians should be trying patients on estrogen to see how they do. I understand everyone can't do it, but it would have saved me some years. I will look into strontium citrate.

I started at 77 with low dose estradiol, testosterone, progesterone and vaginal estradiol cream.
Menopause at 38. Quality vs quantity of life was the primary driver for me. I wanted my libido back. Of course I am quite a bit older than you and closer to death. Actuarial tables say average length of life for a woman like me is 84. My mother died at 48.
