@pajamas7038 Thanks. I have been Osteopenia for years and nobody has ever mentioned anything to take. Irritates me that they want to wait until osteoporosis. I have heard not great things about Fosamax and I don't want to start it either.

If you do choose medication, the current thinking is to start with a bone builder/anabolic.
Sequencing matters with these drugs.
