@aviator1903 - I had fairly mild side effects. I had some diaharrea for a couple of weeks. It wasn't explosive or dehydrating and managed it with Imodium. Urinating produced some burning, but not unbearable. My oncologist gave me prednisone for 2 weeks, which helped considerably. Afterwards, I have been taking Flomax and only get up once or so during the night to pee. Overall, very pleased. I was pretty much back to normal two months post treatment. No issues with incontinence and only slight, sporadic ED but that might be mental and not related to the treatment. Would make the same choice again...best of luck to you.
