@158839446 I've been taking an 80 mg dose of Tagrisso for a year and a half and I take it in the morning with my other supplements, because nobody told me not to. No nausea, and some diarrhea at first, but that subsided. I had one mouth sore last year, and my hair has changed texture so it's frizzier and curlier than before. My primary side effect is fatigue. So sorry to learn of others' more serious issues with this medication.
