Have had good results with less vertigo by taking Zyrtec daily and Flonase nightly. After 1 yr only one occurrence (and I will mention my body has alot of fluid buildup in ears and sinus drainage. )

My vertigo went away in about 5 weeks. The meds worked during that time as long as I didn't change direction, shift my body or turn my head too quickly. I've had sinus issues for most of my life with frequent sinus infections. Now I use my navage whenever I need to clear my sinuses.
