@ray666 a PT showed me how to strengthen my balance. Stand by a counter to steady yourself. Stand on one foot and hold on underneath the counter to catch and steady yourself. It's tricky but, it helps. Change to the other side. Do this daily or more often for 10-15 minutes as tolerated. I have neuropathy. I take Dynamic Nerve, it may take a few days to decrease the pain. I forgot it a couple of days and I repented,
and a product from Juice Plus called Berries that contains 17 servings of berries when you take 4 capsules a day. It may take 6 weeks to feel the circulation to improve. It heals on the cellular level. It needs to be continued or the cells will break down again. Diabetics get the neuropathy but so do those of us who are hypoglycemic since our body gives us too much insulin.
Diabetes II is the end result. I control my diet so I'm not even prediabetic. I work on no sugar and low carb. It's not easy but it helps to control food cravings and weight. Best wishes.

Thank you so much for your wonderful reply! I've tried various balancing programs over the years, some leading to measurable improvement, but others less so. For a couple of years, I was following Better Balance for Life online. Of all the programs, it was the one that helped me the most. Unfortunately, the program has since gone offline. I've sampled a few other online programs that operate under the same name, but they're different and (I found) not nearly as helpful. Luckily, I don't have pain, only my wobbly balance, which is worse some days and not nearly as bad other days. Thank you again for your reply. I’m going to post this and go directly into my kitchen to do some one-leg standing. 🙂
Cheers!
