Oh…so sorry. My oncology medical team alerted me to those side effects. I tried different moisturizers that help different parts of my body. Some of the most helpful have been:
Aruba Aloe moisturizer which can be found at Amazon; . Gold Bond Healing; La Roche Posay triple moisturizer, and Udderly Smooth for difficult areas. The medical team suggested that I brush and use mouthwash whenever I eat anything to try to keep sores at bay.
I haven’t been able to address sores in my scalp. Twenty years ago I had shingles and pock mark areas became inflamed.

I had mouth sores for months. I tried several products for mouth sores and they did not work. I found that if I rinses several times a days with baking soda in water, they wouldn't hurt as much and would get somewhat better. Alcohol can actually make mouth sores worse. Then, I read online that fluoride can aggravate mouth sores. I switched to a touch past without fluoride, but with Tee tree and Neem. Both are good for bacteria. I use Desert essence toothpaste with tea tree oil. Within 2 days of switching to this toothpaste, the sores started to heal and then went away. They have been gone for 4 months and never came back.
