That’s impressive with your father and father-in-law. That’s a good question you bring up about a future recurrence and I will ask him. Maybe how quickly the recurrence comes is a factor also. As far as tools, I try to read as much as I can about melanoma including studies, some books, and follow a few Facebook forums(with care). The American Institute of Melanoma has quite a bit of information. MDAnderson where I go has a Zoom men’s cancer support group that helps with the overall treatment world.
