Good morning, Ray!
I've followed these last comments and they are all so well expressed and relevant, that I've not had a thought about commenting - until I read this last one of yours regarding balance and time of day, wondering if the topic is of interest to others. Yes, it definitely fits my pattern, as well, along with a really annoying increase of stiffness. I'm assuming this end-of-day loss of balance is due not only to depletion of available energy but also to the side effects of medications. Unlike most of the contributors in this particular post, I do have considerable pain in the absence of meds (Pregabalin and Tramadol taken together 3 times daily). But I'm extra careful and I don't go out at nighttime.
I'm not inclined (at this time, at least) to consider a Sanddune Stepper, but if you get one, please let us know how you like it. It's a stretch for me to make good use continually of the four pieces of equipment I already have. Plus, fatigue sets in earlier and earlier in the day. Anyone else here share that experience?
Have a super Sunday, Ray. And be careful with your degunking project in the heat!
