@ray666 Yes, you are 100% correct. Need to figure out plans for the day and not use up all energy early on. My worse time for balance is in the evenings. The numbness remains the same, just the quality of balance declines.

I'll be damned if it isn't the same for me! In the evening, when my balance is at its most challenging, all my other PN symptoms and sensations remain unchanged; it's just my balance that's gone all wonky.

I hope our conversation about balance and time of day is of interest to others. It's been much on my mind lately, and it helps me––as it always does––to know I'm not alone.
