I had several periods of weakness after getting my pacemaker implanted. I remember once I was on a zoom call at my home. I excused myself and wasn't sure if I would be able to make it to the bedroom without passing out. I attributed it to my body adjusting to this foreign object! I was once in a garden store and quickly found a big planter to sit on before I landed on the floor! As Linda suggested to you, I contacted my electrophysiologist and had my pacemaker settings adjusted. Many of us do not have default bodies and need the default settings "tweaked". It made a HUGE difference! Good luck!
