@heisenberg34 I was starting to get needle sticks in my toes, sheets couldn't touch my toes without pain. Sunburn or cold on bottom of feet... That went away when I started the r-ala. I still have some sunburn type feeling on the bottom of my feet but that is pretty much only when I walk a lot.
