@sue417 , sorry, I saw someone mention that had cancer and could not take hormones so I thought it was also about hormones but it may have been a different post when I got a client call and thought I was replying to that. I should have reread all the posts. I have osteoporosis and so far have been trying to do everything natural with vitamins, supplements and strength training. I will see if my next DEXA scan is improving before I make decisions on what else I should do.
